Price list

The price is calculated on a “per page” basis of a target texts using Microsoft word count tool. One page of certified translation contains 1125 characters, including spaces, and one page of non-certified text contains 1800 characters including spaces.

Standard translations are handled within 24 hours upon confirmation of order if they do not exceed 6 pages per day.

Same day service or translations returned within 24 hours which exceed 6 pages are considered express translation on which a surcharge of 50% will be applied.

If you change or cancel an accepted translation order you will be required to pay for the work already done.

I am not a VAT payer and issue zero Vat invoices. All prices are gross prices.

Certified translations

Hourly rate for interpreting services: 1 h – 150.00 PLN.

Verification and certification of translation prepared by other person: 50% standard rate for certified translation.

Certified copy of original document prepared in English: 30% standard rate for certified translation.

High-complexity translations – handwritten, poorly legible copies, unintelligible texts with lots of grammatical and syntactic errors, secondary translations (translation of a translation): a surcharge of 25% standard rate will be applied.
