- Prepare and certify translations from a foreign language into the Polish language and vice versa
- Verify and certify such translations prepared by other persons
- Prepare certified copies of documents in a foreign language

Certified translations:
A certified translation is the translation of a document authenticated by a sworn translator. It is typically required for official use when it needs to be presented at court or to the Polish institutions. Examples of documents which may require certification include:
- documents relating to civil, commercial and criminal matters (e.g. petitions, complaints, summonses, rulings, divorce certificates and decrees, last will and testaments, adoption applications etc.),
- school and academic certificates and licenses,
- birth, death and marriage certificates,
- ID / status documents,
- powers of attorney,
- certificates (bank certificates, criminal record check), declarations of will,
- company registration documents,
- commercial contracts.
